It has been a long time since anyone has seen lighting bolt played. Last circulation was more than 5 years ago. To honor the classic bombshell in the new 09 extended season I submit a classic build with some new twists and turns of the newest blocks with the old school classic.

Over all I like the deck but have you considered adding magma jet, brow beat, or Grim lavamancer? A drop in the land base I think would be a good idea as well seeing as everything in the deck costs three or under. Also I would really like to see Slith Fire Walker make an appearance in this deck. if you have any questions as to why I prefer these methods or cards I would be happy to explain. However if you have fun playing the deck the way it is then don't let me stop you.
You seem to be short three cards, which I would reccomend using for Flamebreak. It's relatively cheap, manages to hit players, and lets you turn more of your burn to the opponent's face. Also, unless lifegain is hugely prevelant where you play, would Prive of Progress be a better card? It's cheaper and has a bigger potential for damage.
