I enjoy blue, so I am attempting to make Hybrid decks with every other color. For Blue/Black, I am making a mill deck. However, I don't like winning by emptying the library, so I have cards that use the graveyard against them to win by depleting life.As always, Sideboard is cards I thought of adding, but didn't for style or budget reasons.I welcome any comments, as I am still learning, and there are many cards I don't know of.Recently, I have been attempting to make decks that are legal in Modern, so that is another reason some cards are not included.
