Would adding something like Ultimate Price help? I understand adding the deathtouch creatures is a piece of the combo, but alot of the time your opponent will simply do nothing once they notice the combo, or on round 2 after it has already been unleashed. Ulitmate price, Hero's Downfall, or any of the reveal's hand and make them discard spells would be great for this, if atleast in sideboard

If you want to run black i love using Liliana Vess, her -8 being able to put all creatures from everyones graveyards onto the battlefield under your control works wonders when you are mill'ing away all there creatures
