The name for this deck originated from a U/R control deck that would utilize Ward of Bones and hardly ever have creatures out. I've changing it from U/R to B/R because of the more aggressive format that Legacy is. This deck has it's problems against mainly jut combo, but it's fine against more control based decks. You lure them out into responding to your "big threats" (i.e Negator / Scepter with imprinted Lightning Bolt) and slam a WoB in their face. As long as you control less permanents (besides lands) they cannot control more than you. Packed with removal and one of the best recursion creatures (Squee) this deck can become a big threat to those who either haven't seen it before or don't know how to work around it.
