replace Allosaurus Rider with Heedless one and you will not need as much mana. priest of titania would do you good, wirewood channeler is also a nice elf for your deck. Green elves? As apposed to... RED elves? ;)
http://findmagiccards.com/Cards/8E/Rhox.html would be a good alternative too for the allosaurus rider, because it can deal combat damage to the player directly.
You need to drop Giant Growth and Might of Oaks, elf decks are for staking creatures and then attacking with large numbers. You need Door of Destinies and maybe Coat of Arms
