Continuously sacrifice Reassembling Skeleton and Bloodghast to fuel Bloodthrone Vampire and spawn Ulamog's tokens, then bring the hurt with vampires armed with Blade's or simply save the tokens to spend on Profane Command or Drana's ability. Add Grave Pact to the mix and your opponent's field should never be filled.
