ALright so you cast primal surge and flip over your entire deck. Nothing has haste. You pass turn and then die next turn when you cant draw. You either need to other sorrceries in here or you need something to give your guys haste. Either works.

I have the choice to stop at any time, the only thing stopping ME from deciding when to stop would be an instant or sorcery.When you run 16 insanely overpowered creatures you don't really need to primal surge your entire deck.. 3 or 4 would work, 10 would be overkill.
Hmm, alright fair enough. I have never seen anyone stop a primal surge.
