add wellwisher.

always nice to see a standard elf deck. Have you thought about your sideboard?

take out unsummon for vapor snag.
take out flame slash and sleep.
Take out izzet guildmage and the other guildmage.
add two more talarands.
ANd then add : Mercurial chemister. nivmagnus elemental. mizzium mortors(I have some for trade) pillar of flame. snapcaster mage. izzet charm. Think twice.
And then cards to consider are cackling counterpart. cyclonic rift. rewind. electrickery. actually you definatly want that one lol. Reforge the soul rolling temblor
also needs more Talleyrand.
also maybe more kiln fiend. and chandras spitfire.
and flaring pain

I'd recommend running one or two less isochron scepters too. Unless you've had really good results from that.

wrath of god instead of day of judgement. and spectral rider instead of sigiled paladin just imo. and you don't need to run journey if you're running oblivion ring or the other way around.
also brave the elements is amazing for mono white.
