Wow, i like it! i have a black zombie deck myself, but this looks far more fun and good! I would be very happy if you could comment on my decks!
and if you feel that you need some one-drops, look at soul's attendant and soul warden! they would fit pretty nicely in this deck!

With this much discard, you should really try to add liliana's caress! will pretty much kill your opponent!

looks pretty damn sweet! I made a deck based on surewhynot's d/w sanguine bond deck aswell, check it out and see if you like it! you should take away two of each land and add four orzhov basilica!
and i forgot, take a look at your mana curve! you have way to few cheap creatures/spells and. Festering goblin is a good one-drop zombie you could look at.

You should really, really try to add bloodghast, that card would do wonders in this deck! otherwise, i like it! feel free to look at my decks, got a similar to this one!
hello, looks pretty good! you should try to have more creatures that costs one mana, or else you might find some trouble playing creatures. And since you are playing mono black, take a look at cabal coffers, gives you insane amounts of mana! and instead of blood tithe, use consume spirit/drain life or cards like that.
