first of all, you need more lands. I would remove mimic vat and prototype portal (although they are pretty cool) and add 4 inkmoth nexus, since you really cant play infect without it. The only reason to not have inkmoth nexus is if you get coloured-manascrewed, which i dont think will happen with this deck. This a personal thing, but i would rather splash black then green and white, adding phyrexian vatmother, hand of the praetor, vampire's bite, virulent swipe and maybe plague stinger (these are just suggestions.). You could keep the white splash since tempering steel is very strong. And with black you can add some much needed spot removal like doom blade etc. hope i could help!
Just saw that you have memnite and ornithopter, so the glint hawk is pretty strong. But still you should try to add squadron hawk.
No squadron hawks? i thought they belonged to quest for the holy relic xD on a serious note, rather than adding green, i think you should replace the glint hawk with swuadron hawk.
Yes it does, and it is often absolutely gamechanging.
I highly suggest splashing either red or white. Both steppe lynx and plated geopede are very strong, and cheap, in a landfall deck. Also with red you can add some burn, which this deck doesn't really have. but gideon has more uses, which makes him better. Coupled with tumble magnet he can kill a creature, with a tainted strike he can win the game in pretty much one turn, and his first skill leaves the opponent without any defence. On one card! I think gideon is better, definitively.
Sunblast angel + gideon jura is the combo the angel is meant for.
I think it looks pretty good actually. a fun theme. the only cards i could see you using is golgari grave-troll and maybe disentomb. good work!

i think you should add searing blaze. Atleast i think its pretty good, and it can be very powerful! This deck is almost a 100 % experimental, so it aint that good. But the advices you gave me are really good! I'm probably gonna make another infect deck using red instead. thanks alot!
