Deck Description

the third and best version of this deck that i have made, enjoy!

At the moment, im trying necromancers covenant out (instead if one sanguine bond, might change it up), and i like it so far! When at six mana, there often is atleast 3 creaturecards in a graveyard, giving me a total of 6 power and 6 toughness with lifelink!

I have considered glimmerpost since it synergises well with the pridemates. Problem is that it might screw the manabase, please leave a comment about this!

(the voracious hatchling is a card i want to try)

Deck discussion for Sanguine destruction (v.3)

one of my bros friends lost a ton of duels because of pridemate, he had like an 84/84 and a 42/42 attacking me and my bro (we werent playing blue obviously so we had no, take over a creature card) but I still made him rage quit because I used regenerate on two creatures to block them from massacreing anybody/thing, so they are good cards, but its kind of a double edged sword...

haha, thats hilarious! imo they are really good, often coming down as a 3/3 on turn 2, and from there just keeps growing. Most games i play are won by one or two pridemates :D

Instead of Soul's Attendant, use Suture Priest, its a white common from New Phyrexia, it combos nicely with soul warder and sanguine bond. For legacy I don't think this will be fast enough (at my school we just played whatever against whatever, and my teachers made more casual legacy decks match standard decks). I'd throw in Serra Ascendant, it can be a 6/6 flying lifelink for 1 mana!
Aside from that I don't really know what to adjust, life drain hasn't been my thing aside from the blood tribute sanguine bond combo, but don't run that, it ruins games because it's so cheap.

I have considered suture priest, but this deck relies a lot on ajani's pridemate, and it only gives half the lifegain a soul's attendant would give. Still it's a nice card, and i will give it a shot! Serra ascendant is also a really good card, i will probably try it out aswell. Problem is that i have some black spells that cost life, which might hinder me from consistently reaching 30 life. I'll se after playtesting.

Im totaly a casual player, so that if is pretty big ;)

Thanks for the help, i really appreciate it! Just let me know if you want some comments.

would you mind taking a look at this: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=213313

And depending on the life you got to pay, hitting and gaining 6 could keep you at or above, especially with divinity of pride.
