what seems to be the biggest flaw is that you have two mana producing creatures. total. the chances of you drawing both in one game and then playing myr superion are just too low. try palladium myr instead of both silver and gold myr.

replace silver and gold myr with 2 more palladium myrs, throw in another superion, take one of your 0 costs out to make room for it. Everything else looks great, the overseer is a great card and this deck shows its concept perfectly. Combining it with the battle cry of the pests will make for even more power as well! good work!
