Going to say right off the bat that I haven't played this deck. It's only a concept I have been thinking about. Without very specific set of cards, Tibalt isn't the greatest Planewalker to have. So what does he do? He causes chaos. Not only for other players but for you as well.I built this deck as a fun to play deck only. Not to be uber powerful.
Goblin Arsonist are just cannon fodder. Get them out as blockers.Book Burning, Breaking Point and Browbeat are just more chaos cards that give players the illusion of choice. Goblin bomb and Impending Diaster...more chaos.Tibalt's up ability seems harmless at first but his final ability is actually nice.Use Elixir of Immortality to recycle cards put into your graveyard.Update 1/9/17 - I have removed a few cards that weren't working very well in this deck and added in some cards with the Delirium ability. I think it works well with Tibalt's +1.
