The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

Just trying my first sliver deck. Would appreciate any and all comments. I had no idea what kind of sorceries or instants to put in so I just searched my cards for blue, green, black enchants (of which i found nothing helpful, then again they are slivers, the enchant each other), a few sorceries and instants that seemed helpful. Thanks for helping.

Deck discussion for Experimental Sliver

Ok comments. This deck is slow. I dont want to sound mean but half the point of slivers is that they can become VERY powerful very quickly. They don't really need to all be 3/3's to start out because having 5 slivers will make them very strong anyway. With that said, the average cost of a sliver in this deck is 3.6 That is way too high. It needs to be below 3 for sure. I would say around 2.7 or 2.8

Drop toxic sliver and spitting sliver. You can replace spitting sliver with talon sliver. Talon sliver does the same thing but it costs 3 mana less to play. Drop the black color. Black is fine for your legends but having other black slivers just makes your mana issues more complex.

You need to have penta color lands. Try city of brass, thran quarry, birds of paradise, mox diamond, gemstone mine. ALL these cards are expensive but then again, this is a sliver deck and you've already

put $50 into sliver queen.

I don't think you need all these card drawing blue spells. Drop them and add more slivers. The more of an array of slivers you have in your deck the better. The best enchantments i know of for slivers are prismatic omen and mana echoes. Look them up.

I also recommend putting at least 3 homing slivers in your deck. Essense sliver, sliver overlord are all good.

If you need ideas or want to see a sliver deck that works check mine. I beat a guy last week who was using his deck that got 3rd place in a New Jersey state final. I beat went 2-0 against him.

Now that you have 7 slivers that are 2 mana and less, your deck is looking much faster. My suggestion now is that you take out the lands that come into play tapped(Shivan marsh) and replace them with others.

You might want to count up how many of each color card you have and spread out your lands in the same ratio. For example, If 12/30 cards in the deck are green, you want to make 40% of the lands able to produce green. That's how I did mine, otherwise great job, looks good.

I've said it once i'll say it again 2X and up is way over priced for any sliver.
