Hmm well you have alot of mana producing creatures.. to be honest elvish piper really is only good if your playing big creatures like balotoh woodcrusher seeing as how she's a 1/1 i might take the the howling mine out because it helps your opponet and nothing would be getting bigger by draw extra card ( lorescale coatl = ) ). i would probably try and make this a two color deck by adding blue in there as well to give you a good balance of bigger creatures. i'm also not sure on the coat of arms everyone i play against always uses creature types and has that in there.
