DISCLAIMERThis deck should not be taken 100% serious, it should be taken 60% serious, just enough to mess around with the control people in your play group. This deck is most successful when it is in the most ridiculous and obnoxious sleeves you can find. Play a little cocky but not in the way that you will actually ruin your play group. The deck may be a little bit more of an investment than it should be but there's always room. I kept this very vague and not mono blue hate just in case. This iteration is fairly budget, otherwise I would just toss in Boseiju and Cavern of Souls to prevent creatures from being countered, but then of course there is potential removal.This deck could also just be made into a counter deck if you wanted. Just run stuff like Negate, Counterspell, Dispel, Overwhelming Denial and potentially other spells like Mana Leak. Dispel beats counter's really bad.Overwhelming Denial is great for countering something that counters your spell, it's surge cost will be triggered as soon as it hits the stack, but I digress.Always open to suggestions and other points.
If they do mono blue or a lot of blue at least, run the Pyroblasts and also look into Red Elemental Blast. Don't opt for Boil, as funny as it is, there's a small likelihood you pulling it off, besides destroying their permanents or countering their stuff is funnier.
