Living the elk-y dream and on a budget on top of that, really cool! :) I'm not sure whether or not it actually fits in the deck, but how about the new 2/1 for 1G & gain 2 life elk in Khans? Also the Bandage seems a little one-dimensional, it does draw a card and saves the Golden Hind from any sort of 1dmg ping, but wouldn't something along the lines of a God's Willing have more utility throughout the entire game without entirely sacrificing a card advantage?

Really like it, I'd maybe sideboard the Lagonna-Band Trailblazer in favour of some Phalanx Leaders. They are a bit hard on the manabase with double white but their heroic trigger is particularly amazing with the Akroan Crusader tokens.
If you don't want RTR cards in there, there is also Ranger's Guile or Triton Tactics for some cheap protection
