UB deck using mostly scars block cards so it won't affected when zendikar rotates. Also it looks like a reasonable extraction deck and may be pretty fun. I started noticing that a extraction trend was happeing all the way from M11 all the way up till new phyrexia. There's Haunting ecoes, memoricide, gruesome encore (maybe), and now surgical extraction which even has it in it's name. So I decided that I'll try my hand at a T2 extraction deck for the new phyrexia release parties.
