This is my attempt at making a fast milling deck. As a side note call to heel and narrow escape are usually used on one of the allies so you can play it again for another ability trigger for the rest of your allies (Halimar Excavator hint hint) and if you get a decent starting hand you should be able to mill for at least 20 cards by the 5th turn and if you get the optimal hand of: 2 islands 2 plains 2 Halimar Excavators 1 Hada Freeblade and then you draw a join the ranks you can play Hada on your first turn and then second turn play Halimar mill for 2 cards, Third turn play the second Halimar and mill for 6 then 4th turn play join the ranks and mill for 20 due to both Halimars abilities trigger twice because of join the ranks then turn 5 you play one more ally and you'll mill for another 12 you'll have milled 40 cards in the first 5 turns and since most decks are between 60-80 cards you'll almost be done!

It's actually possible to have milled 91 cards with this deck on turn 5. Just so you know.
