The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

isochron septer + orhims chant, your opponent cant cast spells or attack by turn 3 you get isochron on the field, and just keep using it during their turn until get avenger+whisper silk(while using excess mana to tap during their turn) or hit them with the angels from luminarch since obviously your not taking damage or sunblast even in games you cant get the isochron scepter out early, you should be able to tap control any creature deck till late game taking minimal damage

This is just NOT a nice deck. :O Chant or Silence on sticks make for the ultimate stalling technique. You might actually be running a bit too MUCH tap down... Maybe drop a couple Harriers or Lawkeepers for a mid-range creature? Also, did I catch you in the middle o building you land base? Because it's not there. XD

nah im just an idiot and forgot to put land in, yeah I know I'm overboard on the taps, but I figure mid range creatures wouldn't really help either i tap stall for isochron or i tap stall for gedeons avenger/whispersilk or i tap stall to sunblast. The goal is to never be hit. The only issue I see in this deck is if i don't get a good opening hand burn may blow me away.
I would run Path To Exile or Swords to Plowshares instead of Journey to Nowhere. You could copy them with Isochron Scepter too.
