Take a look at these for inspiration, I have followed you so I can get back to this deck quickly. Eventually I think if we are all working on the same Orzhov deck idea's we will come up with a deck that can usurp Reanimator, RDW etc.

If you put in the Guild Gates you can drop the plains all together. I'd drop Gather the Townsfolk and Lingering Souls for Beckon Apparition. You could drop the Basilica Guards as well to get four Beckons in the deck.
the top decks are playing from the graveyard so having the ability to exile a card for 1 and get a 1/1 flyer for it is amazing versus these tactics. This deck is still being worked on and upgraded but here is a bit of inspiration:

Drop down to 3x Blood Artist, Cartel Aristocrat, Doomed Traveler or drop the Rhox Faithmenders all together.
Main board 3X Beckon Apparition. With so much playing from the graveyard this is a must for your deck in competitive play.
Beckon Apparition b/w
Exile Target card from a graveyard. Put a 1/1 white and black spirit token with flying onto the battlefield.

Meta gamed with the owner of the LCS. Apparently this is a very well known combo in the store. So as soon as Vizkopa or Exquisite hits the table everyone will know whats up.

I Like it, You could drop back to mono green and bring in some Rancor , Giant Growth, or some other instant pump mechanics to make these little guys bigger. and shock opponents with a Blanchwood Armored Snake It is a pretty good Green/Black weenie/agro Snake theme. Have never seen anyone reach back through to legacy and round up snakes. Wouldn't it be nice if the Wurms had similar support in the more current blocks?

Drop Fog of Gnats for Will-o-the wisps.
Drop down to 3 of each creature and 3 germination.
Drop your plains for Orzhov Guild Gates or better Godless Shrines. or both.
Your mana values look perfect already. You just need to adjust to more dual lands.

I generally like it except Crypt Ghast is almost useless @ 1X
Your mill really doesn't start popping till turn 4+ , Your curve leans 3 and below which is great. Your power comes from 4/5/6. Has this been play tested against Agro? Is this just for SnG's ? Or is this something you plan on bringing to a FNM?

Keep those Gates handy. Your going to need them soon. I look at this deck and there just seems to be way to much going on. Not understanding what its methods are to the end result. Write a How-to for it ?

Cathar's Crusade seems almost counter-productive to Champions Ability. There has to be an equipment out there or an enchantment out there that can give a "shade" effect to Champion. +x/+x or even +X/+0 for X mana. Illusionist's Bracers on Doomsayer and Champion would be insane. You need a way to un-tap doomsayer. There has to be a way in Standard to put him on a swivel stick, even of limited use. with two parallel lives he would be tapping out 6 tokens per turn instead of 3. More is better. The Champion could gain +6/+6 a turn. One card in standard however would end this quickly. Mutilate. I run four main board. Along with a lot more creature destruction. Black/White Orzhov Extort+Removal/Negation Would walk through this.

Please write-up a How to play for this. For returning players like myself, I have not a clue what sort of mechanic your using here. Token decks to me are Squirrels, Thalids and Thrulls.

My only issue with this is that it has absolutely no ramp. Your mana curve is a massive 4, So by turn 4 you can play 1 of the 15 cards with a casting cost of 4. Its almost as if you sat down and asked yourself "Whats powerful and works well together" and got this as a result. I would love to find a way to make this work, unfortunately Black doesn't have a supply of ramp good enough to help your curve. Crypt Ghast and Liliana OTDR are both 4 cost. Doesn't help. Only adds to the painful delivery. You will have to survive ten turns to see this start to pop. After that though... Its all down hill for your opponent. as all of these are pretty much late game cards.

Get rid of Essence Harvest and pick up Gifts of Orzhova.
What creature are you sacrificing to the Bolas?
Get 4 Godless Shrines and 4 Orzhov Guild Gates. (people will argue about this one)
drop two Oblivion Rings for two Blind Obedience.
Pick one. The Angel or the Demon. One needs to go. Pickup some kind of one or two cost black or white weenie in its place.

Again, Its a really good start. But the mana curve is massive.

I like your idea here. I have a similar mono black deck called "The Hoes". You will need to get into the way back machine and start looking at Revised, Antiquities, The Dark, Fallen Empires, Homelands, Ice Age Block, Mirage Block, Tempest Block , Urza's Block, and the Mercadian Block . Those are the bread and butter of Female White Weenie. Benalish Hero? Benalish Emissary, D'Avenant Archer , Cho-Arrim Legate , etc. The choices you have made are good. But this can be better. +1 for a first attempt. Keep it up!
