You could fix the planeswalker weakness by putting some hexmages in your sideboard.

Yes you are totaly right, i thought about that right after e cliqued on finished work. Im gonna buy some for sideboard ;)
Since you got some legendary creatures in there, you could add a Minamo, School at Water's Edge in place of an island. That could net you a 6 card draw with Arcanis.
