The quantities of your cards are kind of all over the place. I'm not totally sure what the focus is. With the amount of rogues you have, prowl cards would do you very well. Noggin Wack would give you cheap discard that would take up less of your hand than your current sorceries. Oona's Blackguard will also get you tremendous returns out of your rogues and functions as a chump block. These reusable flash faerie type decks can also be troublesome to balance the mana out. If you tightened up the card balance (x4 vs <= x3) and included a Locket of Yesterdays or Semblance Anvil. With the ratio of your cards, i think you're going to run into problems with having too many swamps as well.

I think it's a well designed deck, I like it!If I could change a thing, I'd cut one Familiar's Ruse for a Doom Blade effect. And probably cut one Pestermite for the fourth Scion of Oona.
