thanks, tom

also... the reason I initially thought to include Uktabi Drake is because I was joking about wanting/needing a green Lightning Bolt. Then I realized, this guy is a Shock. Yes, he is counter-able, but so are burn spells. Yes, he dies to instant speed removal. But he also can get pumped. And he can be extremely explosive and smash in while your opponent is tapped out and unsuspecting.

This deck usually holds onto the pumps until it has multiples, especially against burn.

I'm pretty sure everlasting torment does not work with the punishing fires/grove of the burnwillows combo.

Pyromancer's Ascention is unreliable if you can't get it early, and you need blue for draw, or cheap tutors (white or black) to really, reliably abuse it. Also, this deck hangs back until it can drop hostility (aside from using punish fires or browbeat) unless the opponent madrushes you.

Note: I've edited the sideboard and fetches so that the sideboard can be a bit better. Still looking to improve it more :)

Sweet. I like it!

Ninja of the Deep Hours could work as another way to bounce your guys and draw a card. I'd add some walls like Wall of Faith, Primal Plasm, Guardian Zendikon, Soulsworn Journey, and/or Oona's Gatewarden to the sideboard so you can deal with Blastoderm and fast aggro decks. +1

BTW, I like the original Boss Naya much more that this deck :)
Mostly, this was an excuse to make a fun deck name.

Also, Stoneforge Mystic + equipment works best in weenie decks, and Ranger of Eos + aggressive 1 drops are the best way to utilize the Mystic package

Nice, but... not optimum. You run 2-of for everything.... and you wonder how to make it more consistent?
You are kinda running a fatter, more indecisive version of Naya. Looks like you took Boss Naya and threw some random cards in. If you didn't... go check out that deck. It is much more solid and focused.

To make yours better, you should run:
4-of the best cards - you want as many of these as possible.
3-of the good cards - you want to see once in an a game, and twice is fine.
2-of other cards- you don't want to see more than 1.
1-of fetch-able cards (like equipment fetched by SM, unless you want multiples, for against, say... Jund).

You can tinker with these numbers when adjusting for curve, improving matchups in the meta, etc. But they are good rules to adhere to.
---------------------------------------------
So... you have Midrange Ramped Naya... where your curve is pretty high and not close to mono Green...
you don't want:
Wolfbriar Elemental. I'd choose Master of the Wild Hunt over WE or extras of something else.
Great Stable Stag. Not main deck unless you are going the haterator route. And it looks like you just want to go aggro.
Garruk - in Naya, Ajani Venjant ~ Elspeth > Garruk > Ajani Goldmane ~ Nissa
Vengent is generally better than Elspeth, but with your fatties, Elspeth might be better. But as extra removal, Ajani is better. But you have 11 removal already.

Cards you probably want 4 of:
BBE
Wooly Thoctar and/or Knight of the Reliquary
BSA
BoP - you have a lot of red, and Noble Heirarch can't be fetched Via RoE, so no reason to have her.

And if you don't use Wild Nacatl, then no need for Ranger of Eos or a solo Scute Mob.

You may also want to include:
Emeria Angel
Master of the Wild Hunt
Ajani Venjant (maybe 2 instead of Naya Charm or 3 instead of the O rings)

Lotsa advice, sorry if it seems to conflict, but your deck is not entirely focused, so the advice is pulling towards multiple foci
Good Luck :P

Only card that doesn't fit is Mindbreak Trap. If they discard all their spells, how are they gonna play 3 in one turn???

Play Swerve, Negate, Essence Scatter, Sphinx of Jwar Isle, Sphinx of Lost Truths, or Cruel Ultimatum instead.

Zamfir, if you are gonna add Scute Mob and RoE (which he said NO rares) he should have other one drops like Wild Nacatl. And sac-lands. And more basics. But that's not the point.

I really like the style of this deck. Fun, efficient, and really good in a casual setting! Almost a good deck in Standard (Wildebeasts are also illegal). Needs removal, or at least, creatures that double as removal: Flametongue Kavu - at least... should be sideboard.

Also, possibly too many come-into-play-tapped-lands (12/24)
But without rare lands, they may have to do. Unless you add cards like Borderland Ranger, Rampant Growth, Harrow, etc. Then you'd want more basics. And some of each color.

I'd add 1 Plains in case a creature gets Path to Exile'd.

Other Goofy Cats should also Exist, such as:

Cheetah of the Crystal Domain
8
Artifact Creature - Cat Warrior
Trample
Affinity for Cats
Affinity for basic land types

Domain - CCD gets +1/+1 for each basic land type among lands you control

When CCD enters the battlefield, you lose 3 life and discard a card. Each opponent gains 3 life and draws a card.

They really need to print a Cat Lord or 2, such as:

Moar Cheezburger NOWcat
GW
Flash
Creature - Cat Cleric
As MCN enters the battlefield, choose a color.
Other Cats you control have protection from the chosen color.
Other Cats you control get +1/+1.

(actual brainstorm isn't really card draw, btw)
Add Breeding Pool x4, and use more fetches.

Too bad mind spring can't target opponents. It could be a win con (Opponent, draw 999 cards!) and a draw spell at the same time...

And as a thought, 3 mana cascade spells will always hit either bloom tender or Helix Pinnacle. You could play Ardent Plea, the 1UW Enchantment that gives exalted. or Violent Outburst - 1RG instant.
Both of these spells have a second 4 mana cascade spells in the same colors.

Again, fun! +1

I love it! Can combo out turn 3, and is a pretty robust Combo!

Switch Ponders for better draw spells, like Brainstorm.

My choice: "+4 Scalding Tarn" (especially because you have Steam Vents).
I would add +2 other fetches, too. And maybe take out Cascade Bluffs. Fetching Steam Vents is better than having Cascade Bluffs IMO.

Run 2-4x Reliquary Tower instead of Spellbook.
Run Polluted Delta if you have it. And Watery Grave if you have that.

Run Brainstorm instead of Ponder.
Maybe run Extirpate.

Good Luck! :)

My $0.02:

I like 4x Counterbalance and Sensei's Divining Top. And 4x Polluted Delta. And 3+ more fetches. 4xWatery Grave (or Underground Sea, lol). And less non-basics besides Dark Depths, Ghost Quarter, and maybe the Filterlands.

And maybe a few more counterspells. Like FoW, Daze, Mana Drain.
I'd also put in 4x Brainstorm.
I'd cut Repeal and Beseech the Queen. Put Repeal in the sideboard for the mirror maybe.

The secret with any combo deck, is protecting the combo, and preventing your opponent from combo-ing/casting/winning.

Good Luck! I'd be interested to see if this list evolves and what you'd choose for your sideboard :)
