Mystic Landfall Zoo (Naya)

Main Deck (60 cards)

Sideboard (0 cards)

No sideboard found.

The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

Casual. Needs tuning to be tournament quality.

As of now:

10 1-Drops
08 2-Drops
05 3-Drops
04 4-Drops
01 X-Drops

08 1-Drop instants

Any suggestions to make this deck better? Trying to make this a really good, FAST aggro deck, so I don't have a whole lot of slots for BBE, Thoctar, etc. but perhaps if someone were to suggest a different curve, they could get squished in :)

WOOLY THOCTAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although I'm not as aggressive as FlaminSean I agree Wooly Thoctar is kind of a staple in a cheap casting cost Naya deck. I mean a 5/4 creature for 3 mana isn't that bad.

Woolly Thoctar should be staple. No questions asked. He'd be your biggest creature, and only for 3 mana.

You will need some mana accel, to make this deck much more aggressive, so I suggest Birds of Paradise, as to get out a whole bunch of small creatures out fast.

Cerodon Yearling could be a good card for aggro means.

A good one drop is Elite Vanguard. A 2/1 for {W}. Beast.

Take out the Stoneforger Mystic, along with the Equipment. With only 5 cards with Equipment support, its a bad idea.

I actually disagree with the above about the Woolly Thoctars, while they are one of my favorite cards, in a deck like this they'd be clunky and not really needed. If anything, a 3 drop you should look into is Cunning Sparkmage. Combine that with the Basilisk Collar and you have yourself a death-touch pinger right out of the gate from the Mages haste. Easily dispatches BSA and other nasties that you might otherwise be afraid of.

Also, in terms of Mana Excel, I would go to say that Noble Hierach would be good here. It gets you two of your three mana you use, and the exalted bonus is just gravy tbh. Just picture that KoR getting a nice bonus from your NH's as it bashes into your opponents life, delicious in my opinion.
