Deck Description

A killer black/red deck that ive been building 4 several months, and now finally i think its complete.

I beleve that it is a Tournament Quality deck, if u dont agree, please explain why.

Deck discussion for Opression

My god! You should actually have the card Oppression in here. It would work great. Check out my decks such as Abyssal Tendencies for other ideas. or just comment. Consider adding more hellbent creatures. You are right though. It does look tournament quality.

their is no need 4 hellbent... the deck was started of as a Rakdos, but after the new edition, i found much more use in fast, strong cards and spells that "opress" the oponents to the edge, by not letting them play creatures :P

The Ashenmoor Liege is probably useless. Then again I haven't played with this deck at all to know. It's a 4/1 and it would be difficult to get 2 out at once here with no draw cards unless u save a terminate where as 2 would be unnessary (temporarily). U should be rid of ure hand pretty fast and close to out of ure own creatures if u face another tourny deck. I would replace the liege with dusk urchins or a demonic tutor, vampiric tutor, and a necropotence... or some browbeats and a wheel.

Lyzolda the blood witch is a great card here because u can attack without fear. Unless the liege has helped u a lot in real life it is more like a usless goblin king in a good goblin deck.

ive played the deck, the lidge gets out pretty fast in my expiriance and the boost in stats is very imho. ive played this deck against sum tournament decks and it came out pretty well. the draw card ability is obtained via lyzolda and their is no need 4 more then that

Buried alive three Demigods, play the fourth (tutors will help get it in your hand), thats 20 dmg flying at latest turn 5, mana accel for faster kill. Buried alive + Demigod = sick, superdork has a deck that uses the demigod really well. Check it out: Scion of Revenge. Other than that the deck looks good, have fun with it.

Just a thought, if this is anything but you want to play in tournaments? Sorry but I don't think you're ready to run it. honestly, a deck like this can't do much against rush/haste decks, its not fast enough, and counters, which is a given. To stop the counterspell decks in their tracks add vexing shusher, for the speed, idk what to tell you, you'll need mana accel. You'd be surprised how fast you have to be to win consistently.

played it against a goblin tournament deck, won 2 outa 3, and against a counter bird deck won 3 of 3... the deck makes you run out of ur feedback sooner or later, and in multi-play, din of the fireheard takes the case
