Gelectrode, Wee Dragonauts, and Tibor & Lumia are the backbones of an Izzet spell deck. Get these as 4-of's. Get rid of Convolute for 4-of counterspell. Rhystic Study is good, if you want to keep it get at least 3 copies of it. Otherwise, one copy is only wasting space. Chances of drawing other better cards (which you need 4-of's) increase when you take out frivolous singletons. I've built an Izzet deck before and this looks like it's well on it's way. First let me say I hate the scepter with a passion. Nasty Deck glad your not my friend so i dont have to play it. Friend of mine has a scepter deck also, i wouldnt be able to play against 2 of them.
