What format are you going for? There's a load of cards that turn opponents' lands into islands. Off the top of my head: tidal warrior, streambed aquitects, spreading seas and aquitect's will.

Sooo... Drop the envoys, plasma, air serpents and sphinxes. Add three tidal warriors, 3 aquitects, 3 spreading seas and two serpents of the endless sea. How's that sound?
