It's a burn deck. Not much more to say, really. It contains one of the most broken combos in Magic (Mountain + Lightning Bolt), so have fun with that. Sure, most of these spells can be used on either creatures or players, but if you use them exclusively on the opponent, you should be able to do more damage to them than they can do to you. Just in case, the Searing Bloods are there for the early game removal that might be necessary, while not sacrificing a turn's worth of damage to the opponent.
Whenever you cast a spell, physically throw the card at the opponent/their creature and yell "Zap!" It's more fun that way.
