It's self-mill without the unnecessary milling. The idea is to draw and discard your way to a Shuko and a Cephalid Illusionist, then mill away your entire library. Sacrifice any Narcomoebas that came into play to Dread Return to bring back a Laboratory Maniac, and then it's only a matter of drawing a card from that empty library. Tombstalkers and Skaab Ruinators are nice large creatures that can be played early in case of emergency. A second turn win is possible due to Street Wraiths, but usually a third or fourth turn infinite combo is more consistent.
