This is a Smokestack deck, except with a bit less of the "prison" elements that usually go along with it. The idea is to get smokestack into play and once it has a counter or two on it, start skipping your turns. Chronatog is the best option to do this, but Eater of Days, Magosi, or Meditation work okay too. Once the opponent is out of permanents, you can either a) Attack with your creatures, or b) continue to stall until they draw out.
