My thought process depends on a few things:1: What color or color combination do I base the deck around2: What playstyle do I want to base the deck around3: What cards fit the playstyle of the deck the most4: Do I want to make this deck expensive or notFor this deck, there wasn't a good uncommon legendary creature for this playstyle, so I went with the one currently their and built the deck around that one. I would normally use Talrand, Sky Summoner, but that card isn't uncommon.
