Um, how do you win exactly?

Elite scaleguard is too good to leave out. 2x.
Indeed. Tremors + Outpost is dope. Mana is an issue in any dash deck so I'd probably 4x the Warbringer. Altar of the brood is also fun with dash. Font of return or . Other bring back spells could help against control decks that put your dashers in the graveyard.

22-24 lands is standard. If you have more than one big guy you would go 24
I am building a deck centered on the Champ. Will put here when done. Black cat and other enter/leave battlefield cards and graveyard filler will be featured.
True not tribal but might be worth a 1x
Cavalry Pegasus gets them flying!
It works the opposite way, it mills IF the opponent takes damage and he doesn't have many critters that are capable.
That double Enduring Scalelord combo is disgusting :). Map the Wastes instead of the Explosive Vegetation might be worth considering. It's cheaper and gives you a bolster, though it only gets you the one land.
Also, if you're up for playing a lesser used card, Champion of Stray Souls would be a wrecker in your deck if Athreos is out. He's a Warrior, too.
I'm torn on the Rally the Ancestors vs. Return to the Ranks debate. Return to the Ranks lets you keep your critters again and again (Return, Fanatic sac, Athreos, Graveyard, Return again, etc). Rally is a one time shot but can get ALL your critters. Return only does up to 2. Ten of your critters wouldn't work with the Return. I'd probably run one of each, because I am wishy washy like that. One card to consider is the Dictate of Erebos and/or Palace Siege. Palace Siege brings them back to your hand one at a time, which is nice. The Dictate works for sacrificed creatures so with the Fanatic you send them to the grave, ping your opponent, trigger the Dictate, force them to decide on Athreos, bring them back with Palace Siege. The Bloodsoaked champion is even better in this model, i might consider 4 of them.If you do go with the Dictate I'd add a Secure the Wastes. Doesn't impact with Athreos but it does work for the Dictate, is useful mid to late game, and gives your fanatic a lot of chumps to fling.Your weaker cards are the Aven skirmisher (vs. Mardu Woe-Reaper it doesn't compare. the Woe-Reaper works for all subsequent warriors, too). I also think Coat with Venom could become a Rush to Battle because of that lifelink gain and the all-creatures benefit, but that's personal preference. Foul-Tongue'd shriek could be good to as a 1x.Another fun card with these decks is the Altar of the Brood. I put 4 in my sideboard against control decks so all their removal is removed.
Echoes of the Kin Tree is a multi-bolster tool, and Citadel Siege is a constant source of counters hands-free once it's down.
The Skirmisher isn't a bad card, it's just challenging to draw one late game. The Cavalry Pegasus would be the choice if wanting to go flying because it would raise 80% of this deck's critters to flyers. Way more powerful to do it for the whole group.
A Chasm Skulker would also be good to grow you critters. Just using DoD on the Skulker after a few turns would give you plenty of targets (DoD the skulker, the spawn are created, DoD the spawn). I think you could do it all in one spell sequence?
Secure the Wastes, man. Though, you'd have to up your land count to make that work. Also, Ponyback Brigade and Elspeth would be options.Lastly, Impact Tremors + Altar of the Brood would be fun as you'd ping them in two different ways for each critter.
Why Draconic Roar if you don't have any dragon critters?
Lord - I'd drop the Mardu Hordechief for the Mardu Strikeleader. It has the potential to create way more tokens. I'd also drop two of the Chief of the Scale as the toughness pump isn't that useful overall. The Obelisks I might drop to 1 or 2. Lastly I'd add some Harsh Sustenance if your critters get blocked it can still deal damage.
What are your thoughts on Foul-Tongued Shriek? For the cost in a creature heavy deck like this it seems worthy of a 1x. Its fairly underrated.
I'd add a Return to the Ranks. Most of your critters fit the profile. Secure the Wastes might sneak in there, too. Those Chief cards make the X mana Warriors pretty potent. Cast at end of opponents turn is like a haste-y horde out of nowhere. Also maybe a pegasus to pair with all your Humans and get them over the token decks you may face.
