I got the urge to put together a Specter/Discard deck. These are my favorite specter creatures along with a few enchantments to take advantage of the discards and empty hands. I really like Nightmare Lash with mono black, and these creatures really benefit from the toughness boost, but the punch and lifelink of Loxodon Warhammer is sometimes the better choice.
This is a very basic formula, but there are a couple fun tricks you can pull. I personally get a kick out of playing Sign in Blood on my opponent on a turn where it is very likely you will hit them with your specters, so they take the loss of life and then lose the cards you made them draw, ideally with more loss of life to your enchantments. A similar trick can be done with Master of the Feast, and you get a cheap flying fatty there as well.
