Deck Description

A mono-black standard deck.
Creatures included play off of +1/+1 counters; the Marauders will get +1/+1 counters transferred to them to bump up their lifelink value, the Gavony Unhallowed will get +1/+1 everytime a creature of the caster dies, Graf Rats and Midnight Scavengers will either join to be the Chittering Host or will be used to block with (so that they die and give Gavony the +1/+1's), same with the Foulbloods, and the Voldaren Pariah is just in there cause she requires sacrifices and she isn't a bad card to play!
The non-creature spells focus on keeping some select creatures safe and allowing the caster to bring them back in the event that they are sent to the graveyard.

How to Play

First I would say get the Gavony Unhallowed's out, followed by the Graf Rats/ Midnight Scavengers/Thraben Foulbloods...I would suggest putting the Graf Rats/Thraben Foulbloods out first because if the Rats get sent to the graveyard you can use Midnight Scavengers and/or Cemetery Recruitment to bring them back to the battlefield...this not only allows Gavony Unhallowed to gain the +1/+1 but it gives the opportunity for her to gain it again, and again, and again as long as the Midnight Scavengers and/or Cemetery Recruitment cards last, the Thrabens don't matter too too much and can be used as fodder for the Gavony Unhallowed
After all of that I think the next best step would be to get the Marauders out, and let a few of them take some of the +1/+1 counters from the Gavony Unhalloweds.
As for the enchantments, either use Boon of Emrakul on a nice and high hp Gavony or Marauder (probably going to want to go with the Marauder cause it will beef up the lifelink value) or use it to kill a meddlesome opponent creature. The Strange Augmentation can be used to further beef up a Gavony Unhallowed of Marauder...they are kinda the stars of the show here...
The Borrowed Malevolence can be used however, it is in here to either be helpful (with beefing up caster creatures or beefing down(?) opponent creatures) and go towards delirium if the opportunity for delirium presents itself.
And just play Voldaren Pariah when she comes up...worst case scenario, she has to get brought back using the Cemetery Recruitment card and you sacrificed three creatures unneeded, and best case scenario she forces one of your opponents to sacrifice three creatures and with her being a flyer, stuff can get really fun if your opponent does not!

The sideboard for the main deck has some Skirsdag Supplicants that can be used to reach delirium, in the event that it would prove beneficial after a round is played and you know the opponent's deck better. The Olivia's Dragoon cards can be used in the event that your opponent ends up having a flyer heavy deck...the main deck doesnt have too much protection from flyers so I figured it wouldnt be a bad idea to have some chump blockers on stand-by. It also has some Mind Rots, I love these and hate not having them as an option in any of my mono-black or partial black decks...they are pretty handy sometimes but can definitely just sit comfy in the sideboard if they aren't needed. To The Slaughter is in the sideboard just incase your opponent reveals that they have a planeswalker during the first round (or second) and you really wanna get rid of it. The Animation Module is in the sideboard because I didn't feel the need for it to be permanently in the main deck, but it is still present in the event that some more +1/+1's are needed for future rounds. And there are just some extra Boon of Emrakul cards and Strange Augmentation if those prove to be super helpful and can replace something in the main deck!

**I'm honestly tempted to trade the Borrowed Malevolence cards out with the Mind Rots, so if anyone has anything to say about that, please do!!**

I haven't played this one yet, so most of this is just speculation! If anyone sees any glaring errors, please feel free to let me know, and tips are always welcome!
