Deck discussion for Naya Birthing Pod

Nice deck idea. However what is the use of Gideon?

I believe its a serious back up plan, plus if you have it, flaunt it ;D
I would do that in my tempered steel variant and almost every deck that I play white with :P

The use if for both Crowd control and (If possible) a 5-Drop to sacrifice. Also, he is what I take out along with the LifeStaff for things like Naturailze against Topper Orb.

Take out terramorphic, if it is near impossible to find the good fetchlands, then maybe add more forests instead, because if your first turn focus is a green creature, and birth pod, then it kinda makes more sense to get some lands that dont enter the field tapped, and reducng your lands may put a titan in your hand when you seriously dont need it there

Just a suggestion mate ^-^

It's kinda hard to get those, actually. But I like the more-focus Green Idea. Thanks for the suggestion.

if ever there was a deck that needed Green Sun's Zenith, this was it.

What do you mean by that? Most of the heavy-duty beaters are White and Red, and can't find 'em with GSZ. EXPLAIN YOURSELF HUMAN

GSZ for your choice of elves birds emmisary or slime.... then you can take out one of those creatures for each GSZ you use... its just better utility imo

I see where your getting at, but the problem is if I drew a GSZ, then I'm stuck fetching a Slime. And if both of them are already out/used/hand/ect, which happens most of the time because of things such as Tempered Steel or Swords or Man-Lands. Therefore, GSZ becomes a "1G: Search your library for a Birds of Paradise or Llanowar Elves, then suffle...". Thank you for the idea though, made me think.
