Even though both bloodbraid elf and deathrite shaman have been banned I am determined to make jund a real deck, sadly I don't have two thousand dollars, so this is what I am planning on building over the next few months. I will list what stands in for what but I would really love suggestions.Despise- thoughtseize, not as good clearly, though honestly not a bad card IMO Skinshifter- tarmogoyf, this is actually stronger than tarn in my deck as I am not gonna spend hundreds on fetch lands so he won't be getting that land type in my group of friends. Furthermore he can trample over those little snapcastersPhyrexian Arena- dark confidant, yeah this, the card advantage is both strong and important, but god I wish I had a play set of bobsBirds- not their to replace anything, probably not going to see play in the 2000$ version, just thought I'd point it out.Anyway tell me what you think I'm really excited for suggestions.
Classic jund, play creatures, turn 'em sideways.I think it's a bit more fun to play than the Expensive version because you have to make more decisions, life isn't fun playing on easy mode.
