Get creatures onto the board, along with Veiled Sentry and Halcyon Glaze. Phantasmal Image is best used on Lord of the Unreal and Krovikan Mist. Pretty much plays itself.To play Modern, switch Veiled Sentry for 2x Phantom Warrior and either a Draining Whelk or Chronozoa.

Looks like a good start to me, if you want to go the route of jaces phantasm i would recommend some Archive Traps. I'm still not happy with this deck name, lol. Archive Trap is lovely for mill decks, not this one. If I took this out of Budget, I'd definitely throw in 2x Caverns, 2x Nyx, and make room for some Draining Whelk and Chronozoa!
