Deck discussion for b/r aggro

id take out 2 doomblade and add 2 flame slash. if you're going up against a beast black deck, doom blade sucks. (trust me, ive been there).

if you like your doom blades, side board a couple flame slashs.

i ran gatekeeper in a u/b deck, and i found he was wayyy too slow. iunno how he works in red, but the 3 swamp sucks, in my opinion. i don't know, im simply stating my views on his flaws in my old deck. lol.

viscera seer seems pointless. unless you plan on mark of mutiny-ing an opponents creature, swinging, sacrificing him, then scrying 1, i'd suggest taking him out.
even if you do you use that combo, i'd rather only 2 visceras, and 2 guul drazs. guul draz are fast, and become beastly when you get your opp. down to 10 life (which in aggro is easy).

anyways, hope I helped, lol.

sidenote; consuming vapours always helps me scratch abyssal persecutor. maybe thats why you want viscera, but either way, i'd rather have 2 consuming vapours and 2 gull draz.

viscera is amazing! and the mark is a good combo i use, but i really like attacking with a bloodghast and a blade strapped seer then after combat sac the ghast for a little more advantage with the tutelage and counter gain on the seer and dropping a land to get him back. thats what makes him so strong. and with the deck only having 3 hard red sources, gatekeeper is perfectly useful. especially against another black deck as u mentioned.
