This is a budget extended rogue deck. It is designed to abuse prowl to get out powerful creatures quickly and swarm the opponent with hard hitting rogues. It also has some disruption in the form of discard and some removal, as well as earwig squad. Non-budget version would probably play thoughtseize and bitterblossom over duress and oona's prowler, but all these cards are pretty cheap as is.
