This is a modern combo using the innistrad card Laboratory Maniac, which allows you to win when you would draw a card with none in your deck (it's also a 2/2 for 2U). Card choices: Leveler- empties library with one card Paradise Mantle + Puresight Merrow- empties library with 2 card combo Laboratory Maniac- wins with empty library Drift of Phantasms- transmutes to Laboratory Maniac Tolaria West- transmutes to Paradise Mantle. Muddle the Mixture- protects the combo and transmutes into Puresight Merrow Pact of Negation- protects the combo Spell Pierce- protects the combo Preordain/Ponder/Gitaxian Probe- dig for combo, serves as a same turn win after emptying library, Gitaxian Probe can also do that when tapped out and give a peek at the opponent's hand to see if they can stop you.

Summoner's Pact won't get you either of the cards you want it to, because they're not green. You could use Painter's Servant to make everything green, but that's kind of taking the long way around.
