This is a variant of a Tempered Steel deck. I have included the Squadron Hawks because they interact well with the Shrine of Loyal Legions. Also, I feel that the Tempered Steel deck needs the splash of blue for preordain and some counter spells... Please comment! I am going into a tournament at teh beginning of September and need to continue to tune it... Thanks!

Eh, you don't need the 3 counters when I'd take dispatch over them any day with metalcraft. Preordain you could also swap out for Tezzeret's Gambit and take out blue all together, which would help proliferate for inkmoths or the shrines.
