Pauper Delver with Red removal, sign me up!I've heard this called a Tempo-Control deck, I disagree, it is a Control deck with tempo elements. A minor but importent nuance to keep in mind when playing the deck.
It is a quintessential Delver deck, (like it has been played in any format since Delver was printed), as it wants to drop a few threats it can protect and ride them to victory with the help of counters and removal while, at the same time, burying the opponent in card advantage and card selection.
