There are so many fun things to do with mono black...I will do the sideboard later - as is, this deck is to be played againt non-black/non-artifact decks (Infernal Darkness.) Please let me know what you think! --- Ideal gameplay: Turn 1 - Swamp > Dark Ritual > Necropotence Turn 2 - Swamp > Dark Ritual > Infernal Darkness Turn 3 - Swamp > Dark Ritual > Eon Hub Turn 4 and on - PROFIT. If they have creatures that they dropped on turn 1 or 2 that are beating you up, drop a Glacial Chasm. --- Eon Hub + -Phyrexian Soulgorger - your beater win-con. Super cheap, no consequences. -Infernal Darkness - your scoop win-con. Unless your opponent is playing black or colorless, they are pretty much done for. -Glacial Chasm - a no cost to you health shield (other than loss of life effects) -Pact of Negation - free counter! Especially useful to save Eon Hub until you get an Infernal Darkness online. --- Underworld Dreams is another win-con and is easy to get out. It is a really mean (and often slow) way to take out your opponent...unless you have multiple out, and Sign in Blood them to death (which is also really mean, but very quick.) --- Black has a lot of mana ramp and card advantage, and that's why I use a lot of similar cards in most of my mono black decks. You could say these are just variations of each other, but really they all completely differ in purpose, though they use many of the same tools to achieve their goals.
