Deck discussion for Boros Batallion Token Deck

I like it. I can see where you may run into some problems when playing against serious aggro though. Try lowering your mana curve at the top if you want it to be faster. Otherwise this looks pretty solid collectively as a rounded mid range deck. Stick with what you got if you like it, it's your deck in the end.

Thank you :) will try to find a way to lower the mana curve without losing what I find fun about it.

And that's what's important, my Boros that everyone has been commenting on has had some changes and now I've made them to the physical deck and it's lost it's luster so now I have to make a new fun one lol

More than anything make it fun for you. Check out my izzet deck if you have a chance, that's a fun one I refuse to change.

I agree with Manems about the mana curve. Other than that your deck looks good. Take a look at my Boros deck. Its average but a ton of fun to play which is why I keep it and play it. http://www.mtgvault.com/thegreatginch/decks/red-dawn/

If you're going to do tokens, I would say add Muster the Legion. It stays out too long, and you can get a huge army quick. My personal opinion.

Continuing with the tokens, I recommend either or both Precinct Captain and Akroan Hoplite. Precinct Captain is an awesome white bear with first strike. I find that if I play him early enough my opponent won't block him because of this, then I get a 1/1 soldier to activate battalion next turn. Akroan Hoplite basically has a battalion effect that gets stronger as you get more dudes. Also, both are low on the mana curve.
I have a standard Boros deck that's doing fairly well at FNM. Take a look when you get a second. http://www.mtgvault.com/lightningfog/decks/boros-brimaz/

I will check them :P I had the captains but didnt late game because they only work early game.... and also because that would lower the red mana base and I need the mountains to use chained to rocks.

Maybe think about adding Boros reckoner. He is a 3 drop that can help burn opponent and everybody Hayes home being played.
