This is a deck I actually own, it is not optimized but I am not rich. Anyway, the point is as many combat phases as you want.
So you will notice some mana ramping. It is tri-color so I've added some maneuverability for the color and energy. The crux of this deck is Lightning Runner and Empyreal Voyager. Lightning Runner lets you pay 8 energy after he attacks to untap all your creatures and grants you an additional combat phase. Not a second combat phase, an additional. You've got some energy rampers to get you set up and some late game energy rampers as well. The perfect combo will get you infinite combat phases, a good set up will get you several. Toying with the idea of putting Cultivator of Blades because that just adds up.

This looks like a very cool idea. The thing I would do different I would run more things that get energy when attacking Glint-Sleeve Siphoner and Aethergeode Miner.Maybe Create a clone deck of this and instead add cards you would want to run in this deck to see exactly what you are aiming for.
