Your first hand must have a minimum of 1x Island and 1x Quest for Ula's Temple. If your first hand includes another island, a Stormtide Levianthan and either of the owls, you're in good shape. If you're lucky or can manipulate your deck well enough, you can have a Stormtide Leviathan in play at the end of your third turn. And then at the end of EACH end step, you can put another sea monster into play for free. Stormtide Leviathan is your priority. The creatures that cannot be put into play with Ula's Temple are cheaper and either help to get creatures in the right place for your upkeep or just helps you get creatures out more quickly. Ponder and Telling Time serve that first purpose if you wanna sideboard them in place of the Sphinx or Djinn.
