I don't know how much rage extractor is going to help you with so few of your items having phyrexian mana on them. May want to either add more stuff with phyrexian mana or replace the rage extractor.

I took out the 3 Rage extractors and 1 Goblin Wardriver, and put in 2 Volt Charges and 2 Chancellor of the Forge. The Volt Charges should help get more charge counters to Shrine of the Burning Rage which will help. And the Chancellor of the Forge will get more goblins with haste out which will combine with the Quest for the Goblin Lord.
