You know what Turbo Fog is. I have tried to make this one as inexpensive as possible. I also added Witchbane Orb so that whether your win con is instants/sorceries or creatures, it's impossible to win. If your opponent hasn't given up and has almost drawn his entire deck, you can Mind Sculpt for the win.

i cant see this deck doing anything except stalling for a few turns, fizzling out, and then losing
