I think it would be better to remove green. Put more cantrips (Make Brainstorm 4). Or go defensive, put in 4 Fog bank. And lastly, put in Cephalid Illusionist (Reacts insanely with your Lightning Greaves).

I would suggest you to:
-2 Fog Bank
+2 Jace's Phantasm

Your opponents would probably have round 10 cards in their graveyard by turn 4. 4 Phantasms can five you an alternative win condition. But if you want to run defensively, just go for 4 Fog banks instead of splitting it to 2 Fog bank / 2 Jace's Phantasm. Since your main goal is to mill out.

Good creature removal for a low cost. Giving out 4 life is alright as long as you finish the match early. So why not? Thanks for the comment yummip!

Wow Mask of the Mimic is good. You can forget about Starlit sanctum/Living Wish instead XD. How bout make Orim's Chant 4 and make silence into 2 instead. Silence is only better in multiplayer. And you need defense (especially on aggros), Orim's is good at that. ^^,

Browbeat is really not that bad. But I would rather use Sensei's Divining top instead. The top (based on experience) performs a lot better than Browbeat + the low casting/activation cost. But I also don't put Top anymore because I cast whatever I draw. That's the same reason why I have 8 fetchlands and a couple of magma jets there, to minimize the probability to draw a land. Browbeat is only good at mid/late games. But you really shouldn't design a RDW deck that wouldn't win early on the game. Thanks for the comments ^^,

Forgot to say, (jeez I need to wake up again and turn the pc on jut to say this XD)
You might also want to turn this into W/G instead. Because if you do, you can add in 4 Living Wish (you need to put at least 1 Academy Rector and 1 Starlit sanctum on Sideboard) to make your combo easier to do.

I don't think you need Dissipate here. 4 Mana leak is enough considering that you have many Removal spells like Doom Blade (I think Go for the throat suits better), Day of Judgment, and O-rings (make it 3).
How 'bout 1 Liliana of the veil and 1 Jace, Memory Adept instead. You could abuse Jace's 3rd trigger ability if you have Unburial rites

Agreed at most of what you said but I kinda' didn't like when you said:
"CMCs of 1 should take the largest portion of your deck"
I don't know but most of the time CMCs 1 just provides a card advantage for you (like discard, destroy, enabler spells) and most of the time a lone defender. I usually use 8(at max) spells with CMC 1 on my deck.

Cards with CMCs 2(always a good build up), 3 & 4 (both provides the drastic changes in the game) should be enough to make your win.

I think you need Order of the stars and removals like Path to exile. I'm thinking about your winning condition. It's just too hard to win with just Near-death experience alone. Put in at least 2 Felidar Sovereign for an easier win.

Put in Beast Within. That might be your main removal spell and can be cast on your own land to add to the army. Remove Back to nature and Blunt assault. I just think you might always have enough blockers. Have you considered Skinshifter? It could be a good defense and offense too. Put in Garruk Wildspeaker too, it could help you in terms of mana, adding army, and pumping your creatures. Hope ti helps.

You might want to consider Ratchet bomb here. Can be a good control for your opponents creature and it can potentially be your sac outlet. 4 Scroll Rack and 4 Land Tax is already too much. I wouldn't be surprised if you draw a couple of them most of the time but 1 copy in play is enough. Trim them down to 2 or 3 (at max) and just make your enlightened tutor to 4.
And you're having problems with your sac outlet? Put in 2 Starlit Sanctum. They could be a mana producer and a combo enabler for your deck. Hope it helps!

Pretty solid! I think you should:
Remove 1 Thunderous Wrath and 1 Reverberate.
Add in 2 Bonfire of the Damned (You need a good board control against aggros).
Based on experience, spells with Miracle are always best to maintain it at 2 at max. But if you have blue spells like Brainstorm / Dream Cache, then you may have it at 3.

I prefer trimming down Phyrexian Metamorph to 2 and adding in 2 Havengul Lich. It's really deadly if you have that with Perilous Myr. Keep up the Good work man!!~

Love the number of tutors here. You really need lim-dul's vault. That could potentially get your keycard. Enchantments like Mirri's Guile / Sylvan library or maybe Sensei's Divining Top could be handy.
I see that you're planning to be defensive until you get Battle of wits, with that you should have Peacemaker/Skinshifter. Remove Rhystic Tutor and change it to Enlightened tutor instead. Anyways, this is pretty solid for a 265-card deck. CheerS!
